E-commerce Operations Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce/Marketing/related field preferably
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce store operations, preferably in Shopee and/or Tokopedia platform (fresh graduates with internship experience in e-commerce are welcome!)
• Proficient in English (conversational level)
• Familiarity with Indonesian stationery market and its consumer trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to work from office in The Prime Office Suite, North Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and optimize online stores in Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.
• Handle product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve store performance
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for logistics, customer service, and marketing
• Monitor market trends and competitors for continuous improvement in selling strategy
