E-Commerce Operation Officer (in Warehouse)

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring shipping statuses
2. Monitoring stock allocations
3. Ensure the amount of stock in the marketplace and warehouse is the same
4. Helping the warehouse team to support forecasting stock

Qualifications

1. Proficient in MS Excel operation
2. Good understanding and execution of all promotion features on Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop)
3. Experienced in using channel management systems (a plus)
4. Experienced in using channel relationship management (a plus)
