Job description

Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms that attracts and converts target audiences.

SEO Implementation: Optimize website content and manage keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Email Marketing: Execute email campaigns including template design, calls-to-action, and content creation.

Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Reporting: Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, Economics, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (Master's degree/MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of expertise in handling brand campaigns, including marketing, ads, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, and trend industry best practices in TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  • Experience from beauty/perfume brand is preferred.
  • Experience from startup business (from scratch to hero) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the tools & features of each e-commerce platform.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools & platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • GMV exceeding minimum 8 billion/month on each platform.
  • Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions that impact the long-term growth of the company.
  • Extensive network within the digital marketing industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
