Job Role
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
E-Commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
Product Management: Manage the product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for SEO.
Merchandising: Plan and execute online visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
Pricing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
Content Management: Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, traffic, and sales) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to the website.
Mobile Optimization: Ensure the e-commerce platform is optimized for mobile devices to cater to the growing mobile shopping trend.
Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and post-purchase engagement.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements Job Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
Min. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management is highly valuable (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply).
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, Zalora, etc.), content management systems, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions.
A focus on providing an exceptional online shopping experience for customers.
Effective project management skills to oversee multiple aspects of e-commerce operations.
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and content.
