Job Description:
1. Responsible for translating the operational language provided by the operations team and ensuring the accuracy of the translated language;
2. Serve as the customer service representative for the Desty Store online store to promptly and effectively receive inquiries from customers;
3. Use customer management methods such as labeling to maintain and manage order customers and improve customer satisfaction;
4. Handle orders in the Desty Store, follow up on the shipment status of orders, and promptly address any issues;
5. Record common problems in daily customer service work and develop solutions for them;
6. Manage the customer service team, develop high-quality customer service plans, and promote their implementation.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in speaking English, with a preference for understanding Chinese;
2. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service, with a good understanding of community and private domain operations;
3. Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office and other office software;
4. Good customer service and communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate efficiently with the Chinese team, kind and positive attitude.
