Kenvue is currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Key Account Manager for a leading channel & customer in Indonesia. This position reports into the Head of E-Commerce and is based at Jakarta head Office.

What You Will Do

The E-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships with key customers, developing strategic account plans, and driving sales & category growth in the assigned accounts. You will play a crucial role in representing Kenvue and ensuring the satisfaction of our key customers. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Build and maintain strong, sustainable, and profitable customer relationships with key accounts.
  2. Develop long-term and short-term business plans in collaboration with the customer and channel team aligned with the company’s strategy and priorities.
  3. Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  4. Knowledge of digital marketing & online advertising.
  5. Drive and execute account plans & strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  6. Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow the categories, plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic & sales.
  7. Drive in-store excellence & online perfect store executions from right product assortment, right promotion, right pricing, and prominent online visibility.
  8. Drive & lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service, especially in ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of customer orders.
  9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  10. Negotiate and finalize trading terms & promotion agreements.
  11. Conduct periodic account performance analysis & review for internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Manage account profitability, investment budget, and account receivables (AR) settlement.

Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Key Account Management or a related field.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  6. Willingness to travel.
