About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and launching products. They act as a bridge between product development teams, the business, and customers. Their main task is to ensure that the product being developed meets market needs, aligns with the company’s vision, and provides value to users and the business.

The responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage the product roadmap in line with the company’s vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, and sales) to ensure product success.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and understand user needs to identify product development opportunities.
• Prepare product specifications, including user stories and requirement documents.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on feedback from customers and internal teams.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication.
• Learn and master all current products and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a relevant role.
• Able to speak English, both oral and written.
• Can work under pressure.
• Have a desire to learn new things.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Have a strong and good attitude.

Skills Required

• In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data for decision-making.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Good communication skills, presentation abilities, and expertise in influencing stakeholders.
