About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Driver to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a contract position that will involve providing safe and reliable transportation services to our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing prompt and courteous shuttle services to and from the airport, as well as to local attractions and business locations.
2. Maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of the hotel's vehicles.
3. Assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
4. Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
5. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any transportation-related issues that may arise.
6. Collaborating with the Front Office and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services.

What we're looking for

1. A valid driving license and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver.
2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
3. Strong navigational skills and knowledge of the local area.
4. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest needs.
5. Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
6. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and vehicle maintenance.
