The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing, and continually improving the Company's EH&S programs and procedures to ensure Health and Safety.
• Ensuring compliance with Corporate EH&S policies as well as local & international EH&S standards and requirements and liaising with external authorities on EH&S compliance issues as required.
• Conducting regular site inspections for all environmental health and safety related matters.
• Reviewing incident investigation reports and providing feedback and suggestions on follow-up plans.
• Ensuring EH&S records are maintained and up to date and providing EH&S analysis and reporting to the Corporate office.

Ideal Profile

• Qualification requirement: Preferred Engineering Graduate/Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience Requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or any graduate technical degree of minimum 3 years regular full-time course from a recognized and reputed University with 6 years experience as Safety Personnel in the relevant field / 8 years Rig Experience (Operation/Maintenance).
• Diploma in Engineering from a recognized and reputed Institute or University as a regular full-time course with 8 years experience as Safety Personnel in the relevant field / 8 years Rig Experience (Operation/Maintenance).
• Successfully passed High School from a recognized and reputable Institute, with minimum 12 years experience, including 10 years as Safety Personnel in the relevant field / 10 years Rig Experience (Operations/Maintenance).
• Safety Certification: Shall possess NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety and NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operation Safety.
• Present Position Experience: 3 years experience in rig operation.
