DRAFTER ARCHITECH

We are seeking an experienced Drafter Architect. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Drafter Architect role.

Job Position: DRAFTER ARCHITECT

Job Description:

• Create and revise detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Translate architectural concepts and sketches into precise technical drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize rendering software to create visual representations of architectural designs (preferred).
• Provide basic interior design support and create interior design drawings (preferred).
• Independently manage drafting tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in architectural drafting.

Qualifications:

• Proven and extensive experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating architectural technical drawings.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural drafting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Skills in rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) and basic interior design knowledge are highly preferred.
• Basic English proficiency is preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• Must own a personal computer with the necessary drafting and rendering software. (Reimbursement for reasonable software expenses will be provided.)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
