Job Description

Located in South Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a dedicated Dive Operation Manager with frequent travel to Thousand islnd National Park.

The DOM will support and work closely with the Dive Center Manager to ensure seamless diving operations and logistics, prioritizing safety and exceptional guest service.

The selected candidate will have following requirements, personal qualities and skills:

• PADI OWSI with a minimum of 1 year, experience in a managerial role in a dive center
• Hands on experience in dive center operations and logistics
• Mature
• Able to lead the dive center team in ensuring high standards of personalized service with safety in mind.
• Used to live in remote environment and possess good local staff relations
• Charismatic, problem solver, good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent people/guest management skills and ensure a ‘family like’ atmosphere through socializing with guests
• Flexible, pro-active, organized, responsible, used to work long hours and able to work under pressure
• Drive business, seek for opportunities, create and maintain high performance culture
• Experience in planning

Not required but are a plus:

• Knowledge of fiberglass speedboats
• Knowledge of Yamaha 2 stroke outboard engines
• Understanding of compressor repair and maintenance
• Understanding of dive equipment repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of Digital Underwater Photography
