Job Description

We’re a PADI Boutique dive resort located in the southern east part of the World Coral Triangle of Indonesia.

We’re looking for a full-time Dive Center Operation and Marketing Manager to work on the remote island of East Indonesia.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Have own full set of dive equipment
2. Guiding certified divers
3. Willing to work remotely
4. Good English proficiency; additional spoken languages are a plus
5. Great time management skills
6. Able to work independently and well in a team
7. Responsible and reliable
8. Lead the dive operation and management
9. Active in social media marketing is a must
10. Preferably female
11. Minimum of 2 years working as an instructor in a dive center or resort is a plus
12. Boat driving skills are a plus

We Offer:

1. Long-term position (minimum 1 year)
2. Private accommodation room with AC, hot water, and WiFi
3. 3 meals a day
4. Basic foreigner salary as a start
5. % commission per guest booking through you
6. 4-5 days off per week (tentative with guest stays)
7. 10 months of work per year during the dive season in Alor
8. Air ticket to Alor and return from the nearest international transit airport in Indonesia
