District Sales Manager - Paylater (Purwakarta - Subang)

Job Description

1. Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
2. Daily visit to merchant.
3. Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the programs sales target can be met.
4. To ensure placement of POP material promotion in store.
5. Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues.
6. Handle around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters.
7. Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
8. Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
9. Monitoring data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
4. Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
