Job Responsibilities:

1. Reaching the targets and goals set for the area.
2. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base.
3. Servicing the needs of existing customers.
4. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
5. Setting sales targets for individuals and the sales team as a whole.
6. Allocating areas to the sales team.
7. Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
9. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
10. Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research.
11. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
12. Developing and implementing a roadmap for digital sales.
13. Identifying potential partnerships.
14. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
15. Regularly reviewing sales data and creating reports for senior-level officers.
16. Utilizing business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff.
17. Traveling to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff.
18. Communicating actively with sales teams in each area to help foster a team environment.
19. Planning and executing sales meetings to provide feedback and sales insights.
20. Interviewing and training new sales employees, and overseeing other onboarding tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of experience required in traditional and digital sales.
2. Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
3. Knowledge of or experience with sales & distribution.
4. Knowledge of analyzing, brainstorming, and solution design.
5. Well understanding of South Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua geographic and culture.
6. Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods.
7. Experience with customer relationship and services.
8. Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
9. Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
