Manage strategic risks and develop mitigation policies against economic, technological, and geopolitical dynamics.
Regularly develop and evaluate cross-division key performance indicators (KPIs).

Additional Requirements (Technical):
Over 10 years of experience in the energy/electronics manufacturing industry.
Understanding of high-level solar panel manufacturing processes: PV cell sourcing, stringing, lamination, flash testing.
Knowledge of basic financial analysis (project ROI, CAPEX, factory IRR, LCOE).
