Director of Sales & Marketing

Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.

This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. Experience in the same position in 5 star resorts
2. Strong in Sales, PR and Online & Offline Marketing strategy
3. Confident in delivering public presentations and pitches
4. Passion for the role / a “go getter” naturally outgoing personality
5. Able to make decisions, takes full ownership and responsibility
6. Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry
7. Result oriented in order to achieve targets, able to work under pressure
8. Ability to perform critical analysis
9. Excellent spoken and presentation skills
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
11. Strong partnering skills, clear vision, strategic planner and problem solver
12. Good English both spoken and written
13. Dynamic, inspiring, innovative, creative and enthusiastic
14. Strong interpersonal skills
15. Energetic, hands-on, flexible
16. Computer literate
17. Able and willing to travel to attend trade shows or travel fairs
18. Active person with outgoing, charming personality
19. Positive attitude, proactive
20. Ability to work with minimal supervision
21. Very strong and effective planning and time management skills
22. Comfortable in a target focused environment
23. Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
