Director of Sales

Our client is a 5* Chain Hotel with 300+ Rooms and 8 F&B Outlets.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. Minimum 3 years experience as Director of Sales in 5 star hotels
2. Excellent English both oral and written
3. Strong in handling Corporate market
4. Familiar with Sales Strategy, Sales Plan and Yield Management
5. Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
6. Ability and willingness to travel to attend trade shows or travel fairs
7. Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
8. Excellent communication and tactical skill
9. Wide network of contacts
10. Active person with outgoing personality
11. Positive attitude
12. Strong leadership and team player at the same time
13. Result oriented in order to achieve targets
14. Able to work under pressure
