Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and oversee the company's quality management system
2. Define quality metrics and set organizational quality standards in alignment with quality & company goals
3. Drive the continuous improvement of product quality, operational processes, and customer satisfaction
4. Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations, standards, and certifications
5. Prepare for and lead regulatory audits, inspections, and certifications
6. Ensure that products and services meet all legal and regulatory requirements
7. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
8. Create and implement training programs for employees on quality assurance best practices
9. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
10. Ensure the voice of the customer is heard and incorporated into quality standards and improvements
11. Resolve quality-related customer complaints and concerns
12. Collaborate with other related departments to enhance the customer experience through superior product quality
13. Analyze quality data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
14. Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management
15. Make data-driven decisions to continuously enhance product or service quality
16. Develop and manage the budget for quality assurance and related initiatives

1. Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as Director Quality in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort or a cluster role
2. Background as an auditor or trainer in a company using quality management software and data analysis tools or equivalent system
3. Strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model
4. Proven track of working with timelines and targets, well versed in project management and result-oriented
5. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
6. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, or other related fields
