Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategies and initiatives across our Hilton properties in Indonesia, ensuring we remain an employer of choice and continue to deliver exceptional Team Member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with regional leadership to enhance performance through strategic HR initiatives.
2. Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to support business growth.
3. HR Operations: Oversee HR functions including compensation, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws.
4. Employee Engagement: Foster an inclusive work environment and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
5. Project Management: Lead HR projects such as performance management, talent reviews, and employee surveys.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
3. Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation.
5. Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
6. Experience with HR Information Systems and a track record of implementing HR best practices.
