Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior managerial position within the F&B industry, especially in a 4-star hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Proficient in F&B operations, including F&B management and customer service.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop optimal strategies and targets.
Placement in Yogyakarta.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage service operations according to SOPs to ensure consistent and high-quality service standards.
Control and manage the F&B team, providing training to employees to achieve operational targets and improve team performance.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining the quality of food and beverages and delivering professional service.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to achieve target goals.
