Essential Responsibilities

1. Analyze manufacturing process gaps that can be addressed through means of digitalization.
2. Utilize a Gemba walk methodology that drives cross functional problem solving through digitalization.
3. Advise manufacturing employees on process improvements via digitalization.
4. Collaborate with different stakeholders to develop digitalization tools that address business needs based on priority from Quality and Digitalization Manager.
5. Assist Quality and Digitalization Manager on global applications deployment.
6. Bridge & lead problem resolution on global application to GE Vernova IT community.
7. Troubleshoot & maintain current local application.
8. Follow-up weekly concerns from IT aspects.
9. Stay up to date on current IT trends, and analyze its relevancy to the current production needs.
10. Troubleshoot software, network and other IT applications related issues.
11. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all IT applications incidents.
12. Execute Ad-hoc IT related projects and other IT jobs as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. A Diploma/Degree in informatics, computer engineering, data analysis, or other relevant degree from a local or internationally reputable university.
2. At least 5 years programming and full stack application development experience.
3. SQL database knowledge and .NET Visual Studio programming skills.
4. Lean Action Workout Experience or other hands-on experience in Lean deployment and driving changes in production shop floor through strategic projects.
5. At least intermediate level of active English (daily contact with foreign colleagues) is required.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus.
8. Willing to stay in Bandung.
