Job Description - Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity Leader (009BDS)

To Deliver Excellent Results in:

1. Solving business problems on manufacturing and warehouse processes through analytics solutions by delivering productivity savings, process robustness, and customer satisfaction.
2. End-to-end digital & analytics adoption based on standard supply chain apps catalog, best of breed, and ensuring IT compliance.
3. Leveraging AI and Generative AI for in-house analytics development.
4. Animating analytics expertise in local entities and regional analytics community.

Detail Task:

1. Scope of responsibilities: SEC (Schneider Electric Cikarang).
2. Act as the Digital Transformation representative to drive all digital development and deployment across the factory while complying with Schneider Cybersecurity policy and Schneider Digital development standards.
3. Define governance and support analytics deployment on the factory site, and support analytics competency development.
4. Fulfill MMR (Minimum Mandatory Requirement) Smart Factory to achieve Advanced Certification.
5. Reduce Non-Value Added (NVA) processes for the organization through digital development and enhance existing processes for each department.
6. Improve Energy Management to be more advanced through advanced Analytics.
7. Enhance Assets Performance Management through advanced Analytics.
8. Develop Digital Best Practices as part of Continuous Improvement and actively share in the Analytics Community, sharing best practices with other sites.
9. Deploy digital analytics solutions on data operations to strengthen collaboration across regions.
10. Support the organization in developing process governance for each KPI and standard documentation.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Job Related Experience:

Above 8 years in Digital Transformation & Process Automation.

Business Understanding:

Analytics Development & Deployment, Web Application Development & Database Management, Robotic Process Automation, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Others:

- SQL Server Database Management - EcoStruxure and Aveva.
