Get to Know the Role:

The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end digital funnel from lead to transaction. This person is expected to not only plan digital strategy but also be able to understand and run the technical portions.

This role will require understanding of both paid marketing and organic marketing such as SEO and website management.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, paid social media, and display advertising aligned with an overall corporate marketing plan.
  • Operate digital marketing campaigns across channels from Google (SEM, Display, YouTube), Meta, etc.
  • Analyse digital funnel and data using Google Analytics, Hubspot, Adwords, Meta, and other dashboards.
  • Lead and drive inbound content marketing campaigns using blogs, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage company websites from UI to UX.
  • Ensure the company portfolio of products, services, and its brand is represented in line with corporate standards.
  • Plan and manage budgets against the company’s activities while ensuring that all activities are carried out cost-effectively, efficiently, and within budget.
  • Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment and quickly adapt to the company culture with a high level of flexibility, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Work with relevant management teams in the development of specific project and content brands. Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance and budget.
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies as well as develop innovative ideas to bring channels to life and ensure balance between quality and quantity of leads generated is maintained.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimise user experience.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree with proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools and inbound content marketing (preferred).
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Strong leadership skills and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across all levels in an organization and with external vendors.
  • Creative thinker and team player.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is mandatory.
