Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and develop our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative and tech-savvy individual proficient in AI tools and will be responsible for driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing the digital presence of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape. The successful candidate will oversee all digital marketing activities, manage a talented team, and collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives.

You will supervise a team of creatives and strategists, develop integrated campaigns, push digital innovation, and report directly to the Director and Owner of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the marketing team across Indonesia, Hong Kong, and China.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Report directly to the Director and Owner, providing insights and strategic input.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
  • Proficiency in AI-based tools for image and video editing.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong leadership & people management.
  • Comfortable with multi-region coordination and executive-level reporting.
  • Speak or understand Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Have experience in fast-moving, multi-brand environments.
  • Love working with creative teams and understand their process.
