About The Role

An exciting role in one of Gojek’s products, GoMart, awaits you! If you're eager to be part of a fast-paced, data-driven team and aspire to grow into a marketing leadership role, this opportunity is for you.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing from the communications strategy to execution from awareness, consideration to conversion funnel that grow GoMart in the quick commerce space in Indonesia.

What You Will Do

  • Adapt in-app campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms to boost merchant acquisition and engagement.
  • Experienced in running retargeting on SRN & Partner networks.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy on digital to drive GoMart’s brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversion.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess the entire customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze asset performance across platforms to optimize impact and drive better results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO/SEM.
  • Collaborate across functions & streams such as product, social media, and business teams within GoMart stakeholders.

What This Role Needs

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from advertising performance metrics to inform campaign optimization strategies.
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to ideate and execute engaging ad creatives that resonate with merchant audiences across different platforms.
  • Capability to showcase what metrics to look out for when running retargeting campaigns and methods of optimization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with the adaptability to quickly learn and implement new advertising techniques and strategies as platforms evolve.
  • Proficiency in SQL will be a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in SEO will be a huge plus.
