As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in crafting creative, results-driven strategies across platforms—Google, Meta, TikTok, Tokopedia, Shopee, CMS, and email marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and the ability to drive online engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee) to drive engagement and conversions.
• Conduct competitor research to identify trends, tactics, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring Billstone remains competitive.
• Perform keyword research and apply on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager, providing regular insights and actionable reports to the team lead.
• Visualize marketing data in Looker Studio or Power BI, and use Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and communicate findings effectively.
• Manage website content and email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with digital strategies.
• Support the creation and optimization of landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design visually compelling and effective digital ads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in planning, executing, and analyzing digital ads on platforms such as Meta, Google, and online marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and visualize digital marketing reports using tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and drive engagement.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to enhance online visibility.
• Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
