Manage the Online Store of Brand in Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, and similar platforms
Execute Campaign Marketplace and Optimizing ROI
Manage the Marketplace Advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Similar platforms
Execute and Report to E-Commerce Team leader for all Campaign Activities in the platforms
Update the Online Store Product list, Price, Picture, Campaign, Promotion
Analyze market competitor and stay updated on market trends
Coordinate with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales
Create, manage, and optimize Tiktok and Meta advertising campaigns
Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
Minimum Requirements:
2 Years experience in E-Commerce Operations
Experience in handling paid advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, Meta and similar platforms
Experience in handling marketplace operations, product upload, product descriptions, traffic buying, and any skills related to ecommerce for at least 1 year
Have experience working with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent skill using Microsoft Excel
Expertise using Canva is a plus
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, CPAS, etc.) with an analytical mindset and critical thinking
