Digital Marketing Senior Officer (SNS)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
2. Execute marketing activities by managing and updating the Company Website.
3. Create and manage digital content, especially for the homepage.
4. Manage and produce digital signage content for in-store displays.
5. Manage content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
6. Monitor trends and create engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing campaigns.
8. Analyze and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.
9. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media and website analytics tools.
4. Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
5. Experience in website management and digital signage is a plus.
6. Strong communication and project management skills.
