Job description

As our Digital Marketing Project Manager, you'll be the conductor of the digital orchestra, ensuring each campaign hits the right notes and delivers impactful results. You wear multiple hats, masterminding the journey from strategic planning to flawless execution, while fostering a collaborative and success-driven team environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Management
  2. Craft comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively implement corrective measures.
  4. Manage client expectations and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  5. Team Development & Management:
    1. Build and motivate high-performing teams of designers, copywriters, analysts, and other specialists.
    2. Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative culture.
    3. Conduct team and project performance reviews and identify opportunities for team development.
  6. Coordination & Communication:
    1. Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
    2. Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation.
    3. Proactively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes.
  7. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Ace:
    1. Analyze data, identify trends, and uncover hidden insights to solve complex campaign challenges.
    2. Make data-driven decisions that optimize performance and maximize ROI.
    3. Remain calm under pressure and make quick, strategic decisions to navigate unexpected situations.

Your Required Skills & Knowledge:

  1. Digital Marketing Mastermind:
    1. Extensive experience in digital marketing, especially paid advertising and marketplace campaigns across various platforms.
    2. Deep understanding of online marketing strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
    3. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
  2. Project Management Fundamentals:
    1. Proven experience in managing complex projects from initial assessment to completion.
    2. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc).
    3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Maker:
    1. Ability to analyze campaign data and draw actionable insights to optimize performance.
    2. Experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques.
    3. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year specifically in digital marketing project management.
  2. Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (paid advertising, marketplace campaigns, etc.).
  3. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
