Digital Marketing Optimizer Manager

We seek a talented Digital Marketing Optimizer Manager to join our passionate team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

1. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and paid advertising.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for new strategies or tools.
5. Report on campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations to the leadership team.
6. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to drive their professional development.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns and driving measurable results
3. Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
4. Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
6. Hands-on experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals
7. Familiarity with the marketing and communications landscape in Indonesia
