Job description

Our client is a collection of luxurious waterfront villas in Fiji with premium amenities and personalized services for an exclusive island escape.

This role requires a strong candidate with expertise in marketing, strategy, creativity, and data analysis to optimize digital marketing efforts, drive customer engagement, and enhance brand awareness across global luxury travel markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role for luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Social Media Tools: Familiar with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO tools, Canva/Adobe, Mailchimp, and web CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Online Marketing Skills: email marketing, lead generation, and content marketing with proficiency in digital advertising tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Creative & Analytical: Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written English, with an eye for visual and verbal consistency across luxury branding.
  • Remote Working Discipline: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Able to align with Fiji's business hours when needed for team coordination.
  • Luxury Market Understanding: Experience or familiarity with the tone, expectations, and digital presence required in the high-end hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and grow online presence.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, user experience, and ensure content is aligned with the brand voice.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow Trilogy Villas presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) through curated content, engagement, and community building.
  • Email Marketing: Design and manage targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows to engage potential and past guests.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot; adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and execute PPC and paid social media campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads/bookings.
  • Content Creation Oversight: Coordinate photo/video shoots remotely, work with designers and copywriters, and ensure consistent luxury branding.
  • OTA & Listing Optimization: Ensure all third-party listings (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) are optimized for visibility and conversion.
  • Collaborations & Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage partnerships with travel influencers or luxury lifestyle brands aligned with Trilogy Villas image.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback across platforms in a professional and timely manner.
