Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies for new product launches
Create targeted marketing strategies to reach and engage the intended market effectively
Design, execute, and evaluate work programs to implement branding and marketing initiatives successfully
Provide strategic recommendations on production requirements and pricing for new products
Oversee budget management to align with brand and marketing objectives
Collaborate with Human Capital to establish and assess SOPs, job analysis, KPIs, organizational structures, and instructional materials
Lead and motivate the online sales team to meet established performance targets
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader with a specialization in E-commerce and Social Media Strategy, ideally with brand-building expertise
