We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance tracking across all digital channels.

This is the most critical role in our marketing team, as it will establish the foundational strategy and execution required to achieve measurable ROI goals and set up the team for long-term success.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic leader who can align marketing initiatives with business objectives, manage performance-driven campaigns, and ensure that the marketing team achieves significant ROI growth within 6 months. Progress will be tracked incrementally:

• Month 1: Achieve 1.5x ROI as an initial target.

• Month 3: Reach 3x ROI to demonstrate steady growth.

• Month 6: Deliver 5x ROI as the final benchmark.

Each milestone will be evaluated based on revenue attribution and cost-efficiency metrics. These ambitious performance benchmarks will be met without compromising cost-efficiency, with final results due by 14 September 2025.

As the cornerstone of our marketing team, this role will set the direction, manage workflows, and drive revenue-generating results while collaborating with an international, English-speaking team across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive, results-driven marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overarching goals.
  2. Set clear performance benchmarks and milestones to track campaign success, such as achieving specific lead generation targets (e.g., 50 leads per month), improving conversion rates (e.g., 20% lead-to-opportunity), meeting cost efficiency goals (e.g., a target CPL), and increasing return on ad spend (e.g., achieving 3x ROAS).
  3. Define and implement a strategy to achieve a 5x ROI on team wages within the first 6 months.
  4. Budget Management and ROI Tracking:
  5. Plan and allocate budgets strategically across digital marketing channels to maximize performance and deliver measurable results, ensuring alignment with ROI targets while maintaining budget confidentiality.
  6. Monitor all expenditures and ensure adherence to allocated budgets, maintaining cost efficiency and alignment with performance targets.
  7. Provide weekly and monthly ROI reports, clearly showing progress toward the 5x ROI goal.
  8. Campaign Execution and Optimization:
  9. Lead the execution of paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram, managing campaign budgets ranging from IDR 20,000,000 to IDR 50,000,000 monthly, which may cover multiple campaigns or platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and SEO-driven projects. Examples include lead generation campaigns, remarketing initiatives, and content promotion strategies to optimize performance and deliver measurable ROI results across paid and organic channels.
  10. Optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS), ensuring measurable improvements month-on-month.
  11. Use tracking tools to connect campaign efforts to revenue generation and business growth.
  12. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  13. Establish and oversee marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, CPL, and total revenue generated.
  14. Ensure the delivery of actionable performance insights through weekly and monthly reports.
  15. Implement tools to measure and report on team contributions to ROI in a clear and verifiable manner.
  16. Team Development and Leadership:
  17. Lead and mentor the marketing team (Social Media Manager, Content Creator, SEO/SEM Specialist) to ensure alignment and productivity, defined as achieving individual KPIs, meeting campaign deadlines, and completing key performance milestones as outlined in the team’s quarterly action plan.
  18. Set individual KPIs for each team member to ensure collective performance toward achieving revenue goals.
  19. Ensure that the marketing team is fully operational within 3 months by achieving the following milestones: completing team onboarding and training within 4 weeks, finalizing documented workflows and processes for campaign execution by Month 2, and achieving 80% of team members' individual KPIs by the end of Month 3.
  20. Collaboration and Global Coordination:
  21. Collaborate with an international team of marketing professionals across time zones, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
  22. Leverage English proficiency to align global strategies and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
  23. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  24. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
  25. Regularly test and evaluate new strategies, channels, and platforms for potential growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in industries such as e-commerce, professional services, or SaaS (Software as a Service). Experience in at least one of these industries, particularly leading projects involving budgets exceeding IDR 20,000,000 monthly, will be considered a strong advantage.
  2. Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimization, and reporting).
  3. SEO and PPC (on-page optimization, keyword research, and bid strategies).
  4. Email Marketing (strategy, automation tools, and segmentation).
  5. Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot (CRM, automation, and reporting) and Google Analytics or equivalent tools for performance tracking and insights.
  6. Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
  7. Results-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tie marketing activities to measurable revenue growth and ROI.
  8. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency to collaborate effectively with a global team.
  9. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align daily execution with long-term business goals, focusing on measurable outcomes.
  10. Flexibility: Ability to work across time zones and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Must be available to work between 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM WIB to align with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

• Flexibility required during critical campaign launches, including availability for extended hours during key performance weeks, quick turnaround on deliverables in response to real-time analytics, and adaptability to campaign adjustments to meet client and performance expectations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Base salary: IDR 8,000,000 - IDR 10,000,000 per month, carefully aligned with market standards for leadership roles in Indonesia, offering a competitive starting point while ensuring the potential for significant performance-based earnings.
  2. Revenue Generation Scheme: Earn a 5% share of net revenue generated from campaigns you directly manage, calculated on the revenue generated during the first measurable performance period of a client, typically defined as the initial phase of campaign activation and traction.
