JOB DESCRIPTION:

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create customer personas.
  • Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns from conception to execution, including creative development, media planning, and performance analysis.
  • Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising tools.

Content Marketing

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Manage website content while ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Social Media Management

  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors’ activities.

SEO & SEM Management

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance data.
  • Create reports to assess ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage costs related to digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Creative, IT) to align marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in the B2C or Service industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Meta Ads, with hands-on experience in strategy creation and implementation.
