Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create customer personas.
Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
Manage end-to-end campaigns from conception to execution, including creative development, media planning, and performance analysis.
Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
Content Marketing
Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
Manage website content while ensuring SEO best practices.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media Management
Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media trends and competitors’ activities.
SEO & SEM Management
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance data.
Create reports to assess ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
Allocate resources effectively across channels to maximize ROI.
Negotiate with vendors and manage costs related to digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Creative, IT) to align marketing strategies.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in the B2C or Service industry.
Technical Skills
: Proficient in Meta Ads, with hands-on experience in strategy creation and implementation.
