Market Expansion and Member Management: Lead the entry and development of new markets in Indonesia for our clients. Focus on marketing planning, member acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
Campaign and Website Management: Oversee all promotional activities, operations, and maintenance of campaigns and websites.
Budget and Performance Monitoring: Plan and track campaign spending against the allocated budget. Maintain accurate records and ensure targets are achieved.
Campaign Management: Manage and oversee contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities within assigned campaigns and projects.
Content Creation and Proofreading: Develop, write, and proofread content for campaigns and websites.
Content Optimization: Optimize content to enhance SEO rankings and increase social media visibility.
Coordination and Collaboration: Work with advertising and media experts to improve campaign and website performance.
CRM Management: Regularly update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitors to stay updated with industry trends.
Team Management: Recruit, train, manage, and motivate team members as needed.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
Education: Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Skills and Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Aggressive and proactive with a can-do attitude. Commercially aware and data-driven with a keen sensitivity to numbers. Excellent organizational and planning abilities. Experience in a similar industry is advantageous. Willingness to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
