Manage digital advertising efforts, including both display and keyword-based approaches, to optimize user acquisition and maximize ROI.
Drive SEO and ASO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic to the platform and app stores in a competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the CRM team to develop strategies aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Extensive experience managing Digital Ads, SEO, ASO, and CRM campaigns, particularly in sectors such as investment or financial services.
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and attribution platforms, including Google Analytics, Ads Dashboard, SEMRush, Google Play Console, Firebase, Appsflyer, MoEngage, etc.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase and Looker Studio is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Proven track record in team management, project management, and organizational skills to ensure smooth execution across multiple functions.
