About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate expertise in leveraging modern marketing tools and strategies to design and implement impactful digital campaigns. Collaborating closely with the marketing department, cross-functional teams, and external vendors, this role ensures campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget. The Performance Marketing Manager will also oversee the digital team at GoMart, driving brand growth through increased awareness, consideration, and conversions.


What You Will Do
  • Adept in app campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, SEM and other relevant platforms to boost brand awareness, app visit and checkout orders.
  • Gather & analyze the depth of marketing data on analytics platforms such as GA4, Appsflyer, Clickstream & Metabase.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments to optimize marketing metrics (CPM, CTR% & CVR%) & cost metrics (CPA & ROAS)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Experienced in working across different teams (cross-collaboration).
What This Role Needs
  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Display Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), Search (SEM) & Programmatic on e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience on optimizing lower funnel/retargeting channels such as SRN, Partner networks, Programmatic & Catalogue Ads with positive ROAS.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from advertising performance metrics to inform campaign optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with the adaptability to quickly learn and implement new advertising techniques and strategies as platforms evolve. Highly knowledgeable on marketing technology implementation.
  • Experience on martech tools such as Google Tag Manager will be a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL will be a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in SEO will be a huge plus.
