Digital Marketing I Performance Marketing Manager

Position Overview: Performance Marketing will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive display advertising strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  2. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns, predominantly focusing on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, as well as SEO/SEM on Google.
  3. Manage and strategically scale ads spend across selected channels, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet profitability objectives.
  4. Plan and conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  6. Evaluate key performance metrics, executing tests (creatives, channels, media products), and optimizing accordingly to achieve ROAS and growth targets.
  7. Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
  9. Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Display Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), Search (SEM) & Marketplace or consumer goods industry.
  3. Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital performance ad campaigns in the beauty industry.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  6. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing strategies.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
