Plan, execute, and manage paid digital ads for all Ecommerce.
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement.
Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Manage budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the beauty/fashion retail industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving digital marketing ROI.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
