Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

Full time

PT. Asia Kimindo Prima is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to help provide services, branding and knowledge about Agronomist products to potential customers within all areas in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's digital marketing strategy remains innovative and effective.
  • Utilize analytics tools to provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics.
  • Digital Infrastructure Setup:
    • Develop and maintain the company website.
    • Establish and manage digital platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Ensure seamless integration and functionality across all digital channels.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Produce 3-4 high-quality videos per month showcasing products, tutorials, and other relevant content.
    • Generate 10 engaging posts per week across all social media platforms.
    • Create compelling testimonials from customers, paint-shops, and painters.
  • Identify and onboard agencies for website development, SEO, and SEM engagements.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure effective and timely project execution.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Target and engage the agricultural industry audiences.
    • Monitor and analyze statistics related to website usage, social media following, likes, comments, and overall engagement.
    • Prepare and present weekly digital media engagement reports. Lead the Sales expansion of Fertilizer and Chemical Sales platform.

Required Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in DCV (Design, Communication & Visual) is a must.
  • Fluent command of English is a must for both written and verbal. Can speak Mandarin and/or Hokkien dialect will be more preferable.
  • Proven ability to manage social media platforms and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in the use of design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects/Multimedia Programs, etc.), video editing, website editing, IT skills, and good presentation skills.
  • Being able to operate a DSLR camera and having knowledge of photography is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, discipline, initiative, and imagination skills.
  • Good working passion, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Preferred to have own vehicle.
  • Domicile in Medan - North Sumatra.
