Position Summary

As a Digital Manager, you are responsible for being the lead for digital marketing strategy & implementation from end to end by managing Data Acquisition & Activation across all communications & channel touchpoints. You will also be accountable to identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.

A Day In The Life as Digital Manager

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the category and identify business opportunities within the digital space.
  • Develop strategies to build a target audience and effectively target them through digital marketing channels collaborating across brands and marketing agencies.
  • Utilize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to optimize search and increase website visibility.
  • Develop and execute an optimized media plan to achieve higher impact and return on investment (ROI) through performance marketing.
  • Drive e-commerce and social commerce initiatives, including the development of strategies.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor and respond to online conversations, identify emerging issues, and address them effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies for leveraging first-party data and implementing a loyalty program (CRM) to enhance customer engagement and retention.

What Makes You Successful

  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in digital, eBusiness sectors, and marketing data field (from media, data, e-Commerce).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, in a team, and cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Able to lead & manage projects/tasks that relate to digital media activation data acquisition & activation, search and website.
  • Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Able to build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
