Digital Marketing & Community Manager

Brief

Strategize, develop, maintain, track, and optimize our digital marketing and e-commerce efforts and campaigns to maximize results. Is responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products within the digital space. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness as well as driving traffic and lead/customer acquisition to sales conversion. Will be responsible for the performance and ROI of digital marketing efforts and E-commerce platforms.

Responsibility

  • Ensuring digital marketing efforts and E-commerce channel's performance are meeting targets and meeting deadlines
  • Effectively managing marketing efforts and budgets
  • Responsible for Optimizing SEO, Facebook ads, and digital marketing strategy to reach the right audience and increase conversion
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Plan, lead, and execute all digital marketing, including Facebook ads, google ads, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and campaigns, including conducting experiments and conversion tests
  • Identifying the target audience and managing the targeted effort
  • Provide reports on the return of investments of the digital marketing efforts and campaigns to demonstrate efficacy and performance
  • Constantly finding new ways to maximize presence and grow
  • Managing and optimizing the ads features & marketing through the marketplace and sales channels (Tokopedia, shoppee, WhatsApp, etc)
  • Managing and optimizing all E-commerce channels of Bali Forages
  • Required to keep up and have a deep understanding of our product knowledge as a whole to strategize accordingly.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on the return of investments of the digital marketing efforts and campaigns to demonstrate efficacy and performance
  • Planning and leading events and offline marketing activations to increase brand engagement and relationships
  • Improve our customer service quality by in depth understanding of our customers and our community and gathering feedbacks and reporting them to management

Requirement

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • working experience in digital marketing & E-commerce
  • Demonstrable experience and ability in handling Facebook ads, SEO/SEM, websites, emails, and social media.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B, and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, and others)
  • Highly experienced in spearheading digital marketing and e-commerce efforts to reach targets and goals
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement
  • Well-versed in providing marketing result reports
