What is your mission
To manage and optimize existing Advertisement campaign components including, but not limited to Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
To help create and implement campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversion.
Knack for implementing new technologies and automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Has strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions.
Passionate about sales and has a genuine interest in online marketing.
Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and adapt to new ones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
