Digital Marketing & Business Development for Amazon (US)

Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join us in driving growth and innovation.

Role Overview

This is a dual-focused role requiring strategic acumen and a results-driven mindset. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities while leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand authority. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future trajectory of our organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends, market demands, and competitor strategies.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Set measurable goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Negotiate deals, contracts, and collaborations.
  • Identify prospective clients or markets.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve goals.
  • Architect and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Strategize, develop, and manage a robust content calendar to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to maximize conversions, retention, and ROI.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.) to measure campaign performance and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Oversee paid advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in business development and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in partner relationship management, strategic negotiations, and account expansion.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO software, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with strong proficiency in interpreting data and KPIs.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
