Your day to day

  • Oversee the hotel's official website, update content, and promotions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve the hotel's online visibility.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the hotel's online presence.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms and manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Facilitate social media engagement and update content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
  • Develop and execute promotions, campaigns, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
  • Engage in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responding accordingly.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers or relevant partners to expand the hotel's reach.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, special offers, and events.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content for different customer segments.
  • Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads, display ads, and social media ads.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.
  • Generate high-quality and relevant content for digital channels, including the website, blog, and social media.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the revenue and marketing to optimize the hotel's online booking system.
  • Implement strategies to drive direct bookings through the hotel's website.
  • Content Management in E-commerce platforms.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Explore and implement new tools or technologies that can enhance the hotel's digital presence.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget aligned with Marketing Communication manager.
  • Allocate resources effectively across various digital channels.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the marketing team.
  • Provide training to staff members on digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Monthly regular report.
