Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to lead brand awareness, content creation, and community engagement efforts. The role involves developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and creating compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  3. Implement digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  4. Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to ensure maximum ROI.
  5. Utilize SEO best practices to improve website content and visibility.
  6. Develop and manage content calendars for newsletters, emails, and EDM that align with overall campaign goals.
  7. Write and design high-quality, engaging content that maintains brand consistency and drives audience engagement.
  8. Lead the content production process, from ideation to execution, including design and video editing when necessary.
  9. Create compelling narratives and case studies showcasing participants' success stories to inspire and motivate the organization's community.
  10. Develop strategies to foster active engagement and participation within the Leadapreneur community.
  11. Create and manage interactive content that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
  12. Respond to community inquiries and feedback, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  13. Build strong relationships with clients, particularly in banking and finance, to encourage deeper community involvement.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Min. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, focusing on content production and community engagement.
  3. Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and inspire audiences.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media schedulers, email marketing platforms).
  6. Experience with tools like Canva.
  7. Design and video editing skills are a bonus.
  8. A passion for innovation and keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and content production.
