As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing effective digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's goals. You will focus on several aspects of online marketing, including lead generation, website optimization, online advertising, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing and executing lead generation campaigns to increase the number of potential prospects.
2. Analyzing and making a monthly traffic report on a website with the same purpose to increase visits and conversions.
3. Optimizing SEO strategies to improve website ranking position and visibility on search engines.
4. Managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
5. Developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Beauty / Skincare Brands are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience in the FMCG or Beauty industry is highly preferred.
4. Having good and firm communication, organizational, and project management skills.
5. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with marketing platforms and tools.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
