About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT. Ragam Karya Lestari as a Digital Marketing professional. As a Digital Marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and digital marketing strategies. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be based in Bogor, West Java, contributing to the overall marketing and communication objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various online channels including social media, search engines, and email.
• Optimising website content and user experience to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Analysing performance data and providing insights to inform future marketing decisions.
• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Measuring and reporting on the success of digital marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, web analytics, and SEO/SEM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
