About the role
PT BIG BATTERY INDONESIA is seeking a talented Digital Marketing specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and digital marketing strategy. Based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our innovative battery manufacturing business.

Job Descriptions:

1. Create concepts, content, take videos (shoot) and edit videos/photos related to company interests (Promo, Champaign, CSR, product launch, E-Commerce, Soc-Med Activity).
2. Perform routine scheduling of video/photo posts to be uploaded on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and/or website.
3. Plan and create engaging content on E-Commerce and TikTok, Instagram, YouTube according to product guidelines.
4. Plan & upload content for E-Commerce and TikTok, Instagram, YouTube including captions on a daily basis.
5. Stay up to date with current trends to create creative & attractive content.
6. Analyze TikTok, Instagram, YouTube activities (effectiveness, performance, etc).
7. Work together with Marketing & other teams to create marketing strategies to achieve sales growth.

Requirement:

1. Maximum 30 years old.
2. Minimum Diploma Degree (preferred majoring Marcom, Digital Marketing).
3. Experience as a Content Creator, for personal or professional purposes.
4. Extrovert, easy-going & possess great storytelling skills.
5. Solid understanding of how to create engaging TikTok, Instagram, YouTube content.
6. Stay up to date with trending topics on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the digital world.
7. Creative & proactive, detail-oriented & well-organized.
8. Photography or styling skills will be a plus point.
9. Effective time management skills & able to meet deadlines.
10. Able to work in teams or individually.

It is necessary to demonstrate trending videos or excellent results. We not only require experience but also the ability to perform well in this area.
