Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

1. Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms.
2. Create engaging and on-brand content (posts, stories, videos, reels) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
3. Generate leads and drive traffic to website or landing pages through strategic content and campaigns.
4. Plan and manage a content calendar.
5. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Graphic Design

1. Design visual content for digital and print (social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, etc.).
2. Collaborate with sales teams to develop creative assets.
3. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms.
4. Edit photos and videos when necessary.
5. Prepare final designs for publication and digital output.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Basic video editing skills are a plus.
7. Experience in ERP or IT Services is a must.
